Shipping Locations:
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Times:

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on personal care goods (such as beauty products) once they have been opened or used. Custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases also cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty, or on gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
